Xylem
Xylem asked Vistrada to lead an engagement to define a comprehensive process and structure that will enable the IT Leadership Team to drive discussion about technology standards from discourse to decision.
Large Financial Services Client

Leading Private Equity Firm
Vistrada worked with a leading private equity firm to transform its fund administration operations. Vistrada reviewed the impact of replacing the private equity firm’s legacy system and derived a work plan for the migration approach.

At CheapCaribbean.com, Vistrada worked with the client to prioritize requirements and to project manage the development of a website redesign initiative. The effort involved at least seven different vendors and multiple onshore/offshore development resources.
The Economist
At the Economist, Vistrada led an effort to assess lead generation channels, processes and technology. Delivered a focused set of redesigned processes, an actionable Roadmap and strategic and tactical plans for implementation.
Large Media Client
A large media client was looking for ways to create new revenue streams in a time when the industry was facing increased competition as well as reduced advertising dollars. This client was exploring the viability of building an eCommerce shopping portal in a very short period of time.
Play the Game
Play the Game is a full-length feature film with top actors. Having been written, directed, produced and distributed on a small budget, creative ways to publicize the film were needed. Vistrada was asked to find ways to generate buzz about the movie and increase attendance.
Sirius XM Satellite Radio
Sirius XM Satellite Radio was seeking a way to maximize their marketing spend. In partnership with Axiom Capital Services, Vistrada was asked to conduct an analysis on current marketing department and determine the cost effectiveness of in-sourcing certain components.
McCann Relationship Management
McCann Erickson had acquired of one of the nation’s largest telecommunications client account. McCann Relationship Management (MRM), a key unit, had to transition all marketing activities which included all online and offline data processing and management for an account with marketing spend over $1 billion.
Bear Stearns
This early stage company within Bear Stearns created a technology solution to support the launch of the business two years earlier. The success of the group had outgrown the existing technology platform. The company needed to develop a technology solution that would give the business a long-term extensible platform to manage sales and operations.
GMDI
The mission of GMDI is to provide standards of excellence and leadership in nutrition therapy for genetic metabolic disorders through clinical practice, education, advocacy, and research. GMDI came to Vistrada in need of replacing an archaic nutrient analysis program that was being used by its members to aid in the planning of diets for patients with serious metabolic and digestive disorders.
