Vistrada has been actively developing applications for many mobile platforms, including: iPhone, iPad, and Android. Our mobile team recently deployed this handy commuting tool for the iPhone and iTouch. It’s a fully functional prototype that may be useful to commuters in and around New York City.
NYTS lets you track Subway, Metro-North, LIRR, NYC bridges and tunnels and also NYC buses in real time. It’s free, so just download and the dashboard view will show you if there are any service alerts in a specific category. If it is green, you are good to go.
