Sirius XM Satellite Radio

Sirius XM Satellite Radio was seeking a way to maximize their marketing spend.  In partnership with Axiom Capital Services, Vistrada was asked to conduct an analysis on current marketing department and determine the cost effectiveness of in-sourcing certain components.

Vistrada analyzed each solution for financial impact, speed, quality and disruption to business.  A robust business case was designed for each alternative with explicit ROI and present value.  Resource, transition, equipment, technology, recruiting and training costs were evaluated for each option.

We developed recommendations for reducing marketing costs, while mitigating risks and preserving delivery standards.  The final deliverable was an actionable plan and organization structure with the steps and resources needed to get there.
